Sterling Suites Ealing – Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Formation of Contract
- A legally binding contract is formed once a booking is completed and confirmation is issued.
- By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms & Conditions are made available prior to booking and are accessible at all times on our website.
2. Booking & Payment
- All reservations must be secured with valid payment details.
- We may require full or partial prepayment at the time of booking.
- Where prepayment is required, this forms part of the contractual agreement to secure the accommodation.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Nature of the Service
- The service provided by Sterling Suites Ealing includes both:
- The reservation of accommodation, and
- The provision of accommodation on the booked dates
- By confirming a booking, you agree that the accommodation is allocated and held exclusively for you for the duration of your stay, and cannot be resold once the relevant cancellation period has passed.
4. Prices
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices are dynamic and may change based on demand and availability.
- Once confirmed, the price of your booking will not change.
5. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 15:00
- Check-out: 10:00
- Guests must present valid photo ID on arrival.
- Failure to check in on the scheduled date may result in cancellation as a “No Show”.
6. Cancellation, Refunds & No Shows
6.1 General Policy
- Cancellation terms are clearly stated at the time of booking and form part of your contract.
- By completing your booking, you agree to the applicable cancellation policy.
6.2 Standard / Flexible Bookings
- Guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
6.3 Non-Refundable Bookings
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, amendments, or failure to check in.
6.4 No Show
- Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a “No Show”.
- In such cases, the full booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
6.5 Non-Use of Booking
- If you choose not to check in or use the accommodation, this does not entitle you to a refund.
- The accommodation remains reserved and unavailable to other guests for the booked period.
6.6 Early Departure
- No refunds will be issued for unused nights after check-in.
6.7 Exceptional Circumstances
- Refunds outside of the stated policy are granted strictly at management discretion.
7. Amendments
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability.
- Amendments may result in price changes.
- Changes requested within 48 hours of arrival may not be accepted.
8. House Rules
- Guests must behave respectfully toward others and staff.
- Quiet hours: [insert times].
- No smoking inside the building.
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
- Damage to property will be charged to the guest responsible.
9. Group Bookings
- Special conditions apply to bookings of 5+ guests.
- Deposits may be required.
- Different cancellation terms may apply.
10. Liability
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests are responsible for securing their valuables.
- We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (force majeure).
11. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay without refund if:
- Terms & Conditions are breached
- Behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe
- Illegal activity is suspected
12. Transparency & Consumer Rights
- These Terms & Conditions are provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the requirement for fairness and transparency.
- By completing a booking, you acknowledge that:
- You had the opportunity to review these terms prior to payment
- The cancellation policy was clearly presented during the booking process
13. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
